Properties: It is soluble in alcohol, alkone, ester, ether, benzene, toluene, dimethyl, chloroform, tetrachloromethane and slightly soluble in water, insoluble in fat hydrocarbon. It has good intermiscibility, anti-low temperature, uvioresistant, repel naked fire, fire resistive, acid proof, anlistatig, not irritant skin, low toxicity and without ¡°three waste¡± environmental protection products and picks up UL grade, containing phosphorus 10.8% and chlorine 37%.
